All purchases made through the Ironbridge Baseball online store are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, order cancellations, or exchanges for online purchases.

In-Person Exchanges

Ironbridge Baseball may allow in-person exchanges for eligible items at its discretion. Exchanges are subject to the following requirements:

• The item must be unused and in new, resalable condition.
• All original tags must be attached.
• The item must be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear.
• Exchanges must be completed in person at an Ironbridge Baseball location.
• Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested replacement item or size.
• No cash or credit refunds will be issued as part of an exchange.

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for an exchange.

Exchange Eligibility

Ironbridge Baseball reserves the right to make the final determination regarding eligibility for any exchange. Approval of an exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to the conditions outlined above.

Customer Agreement

By completing a purchase through the Ironbridge Baseball online store, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Return Policy and the applicable Terms & Conditions.
